Before & After Care Program

AFPCS offers before and aftercare services to assist parents/guardians with their demanding work schedules.  The Before Care Program runs Monday - Friday (on school days only) from 7-8AM.  During this time students have breakfast and then partake in literacy based activities with a certified teacher.  The After Care Program also runs daily during full school days from 4-6PM. During this time, students are given a healthy snack and then participate in hands-on activities such as Gardening & Planting, Discovering Earth through Technology, Fitness & Yoga, and Arts & Crafts.  Activities are led by Alliance teachers and our community partners which include Messiah College and Temple University.  Lastly from 5:15-6PM, all students will get started on their studies and receive homework help from the program staff.
