Upper School - Grades 3-7

Located at 1630-32 N. 16th Street, our Upper School Campus is nestled in the heart of the Temple University community.  The Upper School campus is comprised of two buildings that each serve 100 students and are connected by a beautifully landscaped courtyard where over two hundred students learn, play and become young leaders.  In the rear of our courtyard is a wonderful picnic area, a volleyball court, and 2 vegetable planters to begin our new garden.  All children come to school daily in full uniform ready to learn and although we have an additional building for our younger students, all students receive the same supports and specialty subjects school wide which includes: special education, small group reading support, behavioral modification support, physical education, art, technology as well as full access to the school counselor.  In addition, we have a state of the art iMac computer lab and all of our classrooms are fully equipped with projectors or interactive technologies to take our instruction and learning to the next level.

Miss Bermudez, the Principal, is a Temple University Alumni who leads with very high expectations for everyone.  She supervises all of the staff members, the day to day operations, discipline (in conjunction with the Dean of Students), technology, the after school program, maintenance, and security.  She can be found daily visiting classrooms and monitoring the learning process of our students, and she is available every morning and evening to meet with parents.
