School Wide

Welcome Back and Happy New Year!!

Parent Teacher Conferences went extremely well for our first report cards.  Thank you to all of the parents that came out and met with your child's teacher!  If you were unable to attend, you will be getting a call from our Instructional Director, Mrs. Grace, to schedule a time to have a conference.

On Monday, January 16th, school will be CLOSED in observance of Martin Luther King Day.  We hope that you get the opportunity to do community service in his honor

On Friday, January 20th, we will have our monthly school wide dress down fundraiser.  This month's theme is "Sports."  The fee is $2 to participate and all proceeds benefit our Family Unity Nights (F.U.N.).  Remember that all students must dress appropriately for school and clothing should not be revealing in any way.

This month's Board Meeting will be on Tuesday, January 24th at 5:30pm in the Lower School cafeteria.  These are public meetings and all are welcome to attend to learn more in-depth about what is going on here at AFPCS.

On Thursday, January 26th, we will be hosting our Family Unity Night (F.U.N.) with our partners from the Parent Advisory Board.  This month the theme is Get Fit!  Please remember the F.U.N. is a FAMILY program; therefore, students cannot attend without a parent/guardian.  This event will take place @ 5:30pm in the Lower School.

On Friday, January 27th, school will be closed for students due to Staff Professional Development.
