Annual Charter Evaluation (ACE) Report is the primary means by which the Charter Schools Office (CSO) of The School District of Philadelphia (District) presents its findings and recommendations regarding a charter school’s application for charter renewal to the Board of Education. At the end of each charter term, Pennsylvania requires charter school authorizers to conduct a comprehensive review of a charter school’s performance during that term.
